WHAT THE RBT® READINESS ASSESSMENT IS

Know Exactly Where You Stand and Where to Start

The RBT® Readiness Assessment is a short evaluation of your skills and knowledge to see if your training has prepared you for what comes next in your RBT® journey. Your results will point you to the right next step.

STEP 1

Complete the RBT® Readiness Assessment

You'll complete 19 competency-based questions online in 30 minutes or less. This assessment allows us to determine your strongest skills, ensuring you are fully prepared for your mock competency assessment and employer connections.
STEP 2

See where your RBT® training stands

Once you finish, your results give us a clear snapshot of how well your outside 40-hour RBT® training prepared you. This means your next step is based on where you actually are so you're set up to succeed in whatever comes next.
STEP 3

Move into the right program for you

If your results show you're ready, you'll move directly into the Beyond the 40 Hours RBT® Program. If your results show there are gaps to fill, you'll be directed to our RBT® Career Pathway Program, which includes the full 40-hour RBT® training to make sure you have the foundation you need before moving into the Beyond the 40-Hours RBT® Program.

IF THERE ARE GAPS TO FILL

The RBT® Career Pathway Program builds your foundation first

If you aren't quite ready yet, don't worry! It just means a little extra preparation will help you succeed. To get you 100% confident for your mock assessment and employer connection, we recommend our RBT® Career Pathway Program. You'll retake the 40-hour training to sharpen your skills, get a $25 credit applied to your enrollment, and get our Beyond the 40 Hours RBT® program completely included

It isn't money spent twice: what you pay counts as credit toward your next step.

Pass, and you get a $25 credit toward the Beyond the 40 Hours RBT® Program.  If you're directed to the RBT® Career Pathway Program, your credit applies there instead. Either way, what you invest here moves you forward.
